The Hazlemere Players was established in 1958 and celebrated its Golden Anniversary in March 2008 with a dinner dance enjoyed by past and present members, including our founder member and President Joan Barnes.

Weekly meetings take place at 8:00pm on Tuesdays at the Hazlemere Community Centre, Rose Avenue, Hazlemere. (View Map) We Enjoy a good working relationship with the Community Centre who support us and our productions.

The Hazlemere Players produce two or three plays each year, with a pantomime every other year. Even when we are not in production, we meet every week to read plays and socialise.

We have regular social activities, including barbecues, theatre trips, bowling evenings and meals. We regularly field a team in the village quiz and we were champions in 2007 and again in 2009!

We are always looking for new members, both on stage and backstage. If you are interested, please come along on a Tuesday to meet us where you can be assured of a warm welcome. Alternatively you can contact us for more information.
